Elizabeth Holler Hunter

Elizabeth began working with the Foundation in January 2010 as a consultant helping the team develop the organization. Playing for Change Foundation combines her passion for music and dance with varied experiences serving organizations in the US and developing countries. She carries a particular passion for work that advances the well-being of women and children.
Elizabeth is an award-winning writer with an undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has a Master’s degree in Organization Development, has been a partner in a successful consulting firm for more than a dozen years, and has served as the director for a global communications foundation. She has also earned the professional designation of Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), which is held by approximately 5,400 professionals worldwide. Elizabeth considers it an incredible privilege to enhance the Foundation’s ability to raise and steward funds, and to deliver on the promise of creating positive change through music and arts education.
