Joel Goulder

Joel Goulder is a founding member of the Playing For Change Foundation. He has been doing meaningful to help with the growth and the development of the organization to get it to where it is today. Joel has been on 3 trips to the continent of Africa to help with the schools and programs being developed. Countries include Mali, Ghana, and South Africa. Joel’s primary area of focus is film production. He runs Engine 7 Films alongside his brother, Jeremy. Engine 7 Films is one of the production companies that brought the Playing For Change movement to life. Aside from Playing For Change, Engine 7 Films aims to create social conscious media.
 

Engine 7 Films most recent film release titled ReGENERATION, takes an uncompromising look at the issues facing today’s youth and young adults, and the influences that perpetuate our culture’s apathetic approach to social and political causes. Joel and his brother are currently producing a documentary film alongside PFCF Executive Director Whitney Kroenke, which focuses on the brave men and women who go through vigorous training to work hand in hand with law enforcement to diffuse gang conflicts and bring peace and order to the streets of Los Angeles through their work in Gang Intervention. Joel thrives in his life and career to bring to light the amazing work being done by socially conscious and pertinent causes through filmmaking.
