Tintale Mother’s Society
Coordinator
Ajita is an active member and coordinator of the Mothers’ Society. She was born in 1992 (2048, in the Nepali calendar). She is married with two sons and lives in a family of seven. She has completed her higher secondary education and previously worked as a teacher.
She grew up in Piprapashim, Saptari, in an educated family with four sisters. She was allowed to attend school and was treated equally without discrimination. She was inspired to join the Mothers’ Society due to its efforts in combating violence against women. Since 2068 B.S. (2011), she has been an active member of the Mother’s Society.
Being part of the Mothers’ Society has brought new ways of thinking and positive changes to her community. She believes that education is essential for building a strong and sustainable society.
