Prem Waiba is a skilled flutist and dedicated music teacher, specializing in playing and teaching the flute. Currently teaching at Galaxi Public School in Kathmandu, Prem was born and raised in the city, where he had the privilege of experiencing various cultural festivals, and musical programs. Influenced by his brother’s flute playing, he developed a keen interest in the instrument and actively engaged with different bands.

Prem firmly believes that music is the soul and mirror of society, emphasizing its role in children’s development, memory enhancement, and fostering positive behavior. He understands the importance of practice, coordination, and cooperation in learning music, as they instill discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills in young learners.

With a passion for the flute, Prem draws inspiration from celebrated musicians such as Narayan Gopal, Gopal Yonjan, Tara Devi, and others. He prioritizes good behavior, consistent practice, and stage performance in his own musical journey. As a music teacher, he recognizes the individual skills and curiosity of his students, providing guidance tailored to their preferences and innate capacities. He takes pride in their achievements, as they gain fame and financial success.
