Robert was born in Kigali to a musical family and started to play music at a very early age. He began studying music at the church and joined several local bands as a keyboard player and vocalist. Even at his young age, Robert had the chance to perform as a professional musician and travel to different countries as such as Ethiopia, Dubai, Aman Congo, Uganda, Burundi. He’s also part of the Gakondo cultural group and participated to Guma Guma reality show on Rwandan TV.
Robert joined the Ubuntu team in 2015 and has become the administrator of a team that has been growing from 3 teachers to 7 teachers in 2021.
