On the evening of Thursday, March 24th, three young women came together at the Three Clubs bar in Hollywood, California, for an intimate concert performance to share their music and to raise awareness about the work and message of the Playing For Change Foundation. Sixx Carter, Nina Kasuya, and Jazmin Chaidez, known collectively as The Kingdom, each have their own unique musical style, with Sixx jamming to rock n’ roll, Nina grooving on R&B, and Jazmin strumming the country chords. With their high-energy performances, costume changes, and interaction with the audience, the ladies who rule The Kingdom are a delight to watch.
It was such a privilege and joy to meet these talented and spirited women, and experience their passion for music firsthand. With another performance coming up on Wednesday, April 27th at The Federal Bar in North Hollywood, you can be sure it will be another great night of music… and expect to see me there!
