The Playing For Change Foundation celebrates this year its 10th anniversary: Since 2007 we have created 15 music programs across 11 countries providing free music education to children, most specifically in the developing world. We believe in music as an instrument of change and we have witnessed the positive impact of music education on children since it was formed: students in PFCF programs report increased confidence, stronger skills in core subjects like math and reading, and a belief in a positive future. Music creates connections that bridge class, gender and cultural divides, it instills vital knowledge, and fosters joy and resilience.
