Zaatari Music Program
I am Ahmed Al-Kafri, 24 years Syrian refugee, and I have been living in the Zaatari refugee camp in Jordan for nearly 11 years. I came to Jordan due to the difficult circumstances that affected me for a long time. I started my life anew here when I joined school and became part of music classes with my friends. I began to learn music and developed my skills, working hard and persevering to become what I am today.
I learned to play all keyboard instruments and percussion instruments and reached a level that makes me proud of myself. I completed my education and today I am a Music Facilitator for the Music Education Programme with Questscope & PFCF in the Zaatari camp.
