Kamakshi Khurana, a passionate music educator and performer, has devoted her life to bringing Indian classical music to audiences worldwide. A Visharad degree holder from The Lucknow University and a trained psychologist, she combines her knowledge of music and psychology to transform lives. Together with her sister Vishala, she co-founded The Sound Space, an institution that strives to preserve and popularize Indian classical music. Kamakshi has performed at prestigious venues, including the Jamshed Bhabha Auditorium for the President of India, and has collaborated on innovative projects like ‘Unison’ and ‘Ragamala.’ With an unwavering commitment to making Indian music accessible to all, she actively works with educational and healthcare institutions, shaping the future of music education in India and beyond.
