Vishala Khurana, a dedicated musician and educator, has been immersed in the world of Indian classical music from a young age. A Visharad graduate from The Lucknow University, Vishala’s unique background in psychology allows her to fuse musical understanding with mental wellness. Alongside her sister Kamakshi, she co-founded The Sound Space, which has pioneered music-based educational programs across India. Vishala has performed at esteemed events and venues, including the NCPA Mumbai for ‘Des,’ a celebration of India’s Independence. Her collaborations, such as ‘Unison’ and ‘Ragamala,’ showcase her dedication to innovate within Indian classical music. Vishala’s work is driven by a mission to demystify classical music and make it an enriching part of everyday life, especially in schools and corporate wellness programs.
