Dr. Julius Spencer is a Sierra Leonean media executive, educator, and cultural advocate. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ballanta Academy of Music and Performing Arts and the Chief Executive Officer of Premier Media Group. Over the years, he has served as a university lecturer, journalist, and former Minister of Information, Communication, Tourism, and Culture in Sierra Leone. Dr. Spencer is widely recognized for his contributions to media, education, and the development of the creative and performing arts sector in Sierra Leone
