Elvira Bobson-Kamara is the Principal of the Ballanta Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Sierra Leone. She is an educator and arts administrator with a strong commitment to promoting music, dance, theatre, and creative education. Through her leadership at the academy, she has supported programs that nurture young artists and encourage cultural development across Sierra Leone.
