Ecole de Musique de Kirina
Oumou Koulsoum is a singer, songwriter and guitarist from Bamako, Mali. She attended the National Institut of Arts of Bamako where she graduated from in 2014. She then studied at the “Conservatoire des Arts et Multimédia Balla Fasséké Kouyaté” and graduated in 2017. She started collaborating with Ecole de Music de Kirina as a workshop leader in 2017 and has become since 2020 our official guitar teacher.
In 2023 Oumou participated to the Visa for Music festival in Rabat, Morocco and to the Zamane Festival in Mhamid, where PFCF’s Joudour Sahara Music program is located.
