English Teacher
Paintbrush Arts Program
Ek lives in Bangkok and holds a degree in Educational Management. With over 20 years of experience leading life-skills camps both in Thailand and abroad, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge and cross-cultural understanding to his work as an educator.
For the past three years, Ek has been teaching English at the Paintbrush Foundation. His teaching goes beyond grammar and vocabulary—he sees English as a global language that opens doors. In his view, learning English is not just about communication; it’s about expanding possibilities. It offers children greater access to education, as well as improved opportunities for meaningful and fulfilling careers in the future.
Ek is passionate about helping underprivileged children in the Khlong Toei community gain confidence in using English, empowering them to connect with the wider world. Through his work, he hopes to inspire every student to see language not as a barrier, but as a bridge to a brighter future.
