Daniel Bryant is a seasoned CEO, author, and lecturer with extensive experience in finance and investment banking. A first-generation American, Daniel earned his BA in Government and Spanish from Dartmouth College, where he excelled as a Rufus Choate Scholar and collegiate athlete, later obtaining his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
His career began in technology investment banking with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Robertson Stephens, spanning New York, Chicago, and San Francisco.
Daniel subsequently founded Sheridan Road Financial, growing it into one of the nation’s top institutional investment consulting firms, managing $24 billion in assets across ten offices prior to its acquisition by Hub International. Recognized for his leadership and expertise, Daniel has received numerous accolades, including Investment Advisor of the Year by Plan Sponsor Magazine. He is also the author of the influential book, The Financial Wellness Mandate, a pioneering work in financial wellness and technology.
Currently, Daniel serves as CEO of Bryant Capital Group and as an Operating Partner of Vistria Group, a $17 billion private equity firm based in Chicago and New York.
He serves on several boards and advisory platforms, including The Mather Group, Flores HR, and VIST Labs. He is deeply involved in charitable initiatives through The Sheridan Road Charitable Foundation, focusing on under-resourced communities and urban school systems.
Daniel resides with his family in Chicago, Florida, and North Carolina, and actively participates in cultural and civic organizations, including Young Presidents Organization (YPO), as well as boards such as the Hopkins Center for the Performing Arts and OZ Arts Nashville.
