Rocío hails from the city of Cinco Saltos, Rio Negro. A law student, she developed an interest in the world of photography and publishing in 2018. Her first encounter with a camera took place during a technology class at PFC Patagonia in Cinco Saltos. Since then, she has actively participated in various workshops to refine her skills. Rocío learned about Playing For Change through David Galdame, who invited her to join classes in 2018. As of March 2023, she has become an integral part of the staff.
According to Rocío, it is crucial for young people to acquire musical knowledge as it can profoundly impact their emotions, often acting as “emotional medicine.” Moreover, music plays a vital role in establishing personal identity and can unlock unimaginable opportunities.
