Ranat Teacher
Paintbrush Arts Program
Peach was born and raised in Bangkok and holds a degree in Music Education with a specialization in Thai traditional music from the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University. His journey with Thai classical music began at the age of 10, when he first started learning the ranat (Thai xylophone). With over 14 years of experience, he has developed a deep passion and appreciation for Thai music traditions.
For the past one year and six months, Peach has been teaching ranat at the Paintbrush Foundation. He feels proud and excited to share the knowledge and skills he has cultivated since childhood with children in the Khlong Toei community. For him, this work is not just about music instruction, but about making a meaningful impact.
Peach believes Thai traditional music is not merely a performance art—it is a tool for personal development. It helps sharpen the mind, enhance concentration, and stimulate imagination through sound. He sees music as a powerful way to build emotional intelligence and creativity in young learners, and hopes to inspire a new generation to value and carry forward Thailand’s rich musical heritage.
