On the 4th Annual Playing For Change Day, Project Blue Hands’ #GiveThanks!: Music, Art & Outreach event took place in Victory Square, an outdoor park space in the Downtown Eastside (DTES) of Vancouver, BC.
Project Blue Hands Society is a registered non-profit started by Coco Rosario, who became deeply inspired to do something proactive in response to the dire conditions and air of hopelessness prevalent in DTES, an area of the city noted for a high incidence of poverty, drug use, and homelessness.
